With the academyFIVE application management, nothing stands in the way of a flexible and customised online application process. From the intention to apply to admission, the entire process is fully integrated.

Applicant profiles can be transferred directly to academyFIVE. It is also possible to offer several online applications in parallel. An additional admissions management system enables the generation of automated admission proposals based on individual applicant groups.

Features

Responsive display

"Mobile first" is the motto - even when applying for a degree programme. The online application looks just as good in the mobile view as it does on the desktop. In addition, the entire structure is flexible and customisable for higher education institution employees.

Field dependencies

Displaying tabs and fields depending on previous click actions is no longer a problem. For example, if the applicant selects the "Yes" option in the "Visa" field, a dialogue for uploading the visa opens.

Barrier-free access

To ensure that the application page is read aloud as part of barrier-free access, there is a connection to a software for automated readers.

Multi-stage application process

The online application makes it possible to map more complex application processes that are carried out in several stages. For example, applicants have the opportunity to enter additional data in the online application after they have already completed the application form and the data has already been checked by the administration of the higher education institution.

Administration view of the application data

The administration view makes it possible to view and process the data entered by applicants in the online application. A data source can be added for each degree programme, which is then displayed next to the applicant's entries. This is particularly suitable for checklists or other internal data that is important in applicant management.

Multiple applications

Any number of online applications can be created, but each online application requires its own portal. It is possible to apply for several degree programmes in one online application, possibly with different application deadlines.
